🚐 Campervan Hire Rules & Conditions
We want you to have a fab trip. The following guidelines help keep the van in great condition and ensure hires run smoothly.
🚗 Pick-Up & Return
Collection and return times will be agreed in advance.
Please allow 20–30 minutes for the handover.
⛽ Fuel Policy
The campervan will comewith a full tank of diesel.
Please return with a full tank.
If the tank is not full on return:
The cost of fuel plus a £20 refuelling charge may be deducted from the security deposit.
🧼 Cleaning & Condition
Please ensure the van is returned:
In a clean and tidy condition
With rubbish removed
With all kitchen items washed
With surfaces wiped down
If the van requires excessive cleaning beyond normal use, a cleaning fee of £50 may be deducted.
💷 ULEZ Charges (London)
The campervan is subject to the London Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) charge.
Current charge: £12.50 per day.
Charges apply:
On pick-up day
On return day
On any day the vehicle is driven within the ULEZ zone
Any ULEZ charges incurred during your hire will be deducted from the security deposit.
Renters are responsible for checking whether their planned travel enters the ULEZ zone.
🚫 Smoking
No smoking or vaping inside the campervan.
If smoke odour or residue is found, a deep cleaning charge may be deducted from the deposit.
🐶 Pets
Pets may only be allowed with prior agreement.
If approved:
They must not be left unattended in the van
The van must be returned clean and free of pet hair
🛠 Damage or Issues
If any damage or mechanical issue occurs during your trip:
Please notify us ASAP
Do not attempt repairs without approval unless necessary for safety
Prompt communication helps ensure problems can be resolved quickly.
🧾 Fines, Tolls & Charges
Renters are responsible for any:
Parking fines
Traffic violations
Toll charges
Congestion charges
ULEZ charges
Any fines received after the hire period will be forwarded to the renter or deducted from the deposit.
