🚐 Campervan Hire Rules & Conditions
We want you to have a fantastic trip. These terms help ensure the van is maintained to a high standard & hires run smoothly and fairly.

🚗 Pick-Up & Return
Collection & return times will be agreed in advance.
Please allow 20–30 minutes for handover & demonstration.

⛽ Fuel Policy
The campervan is provided with a full tank & must be returned full.
If not, fuel cost plus a £20 refuelling fee will be deducted from the deposit.

🧼 Cleaning & Condition
The van must be returned clean and tidy, including:
Removal of rubbish, washed kitchen items & wiped surfaces.
If additional cleaning is required, a £50+ fee may be deducted from the deposit.

💷 ULEZ Charges (London)
The vehicle is subject to ULEZ charges (currently £12.50 per day).
This applies on collection, return & any day driven within the zone.
Renters are responsible for checking routes.

🚫 Smoking
No smoking or vaping inside the vehicle.
Evidence will result in a deep cleaning charge deducted from the deposit.

🐶 Pets
Pets only with prior agreement - £50/hire
They must not be left unattended & the van must be returned clean and free of hair.

🛠 Damage or Issues
Any damage or faults must be reported as soon as possible.
No repairs without approval unless required for safety.

💳 Extras & Payments
Pre-arranged extras (including ULEZ, awning, small tent & pet fee.) must be paid in full at collection by cash or card & commit to pay the fines, tolls & additional costs.

🧾 Fines, Tolls & Charges
The renter is fully responsible for all fines, penalties, tolls and congestion charges incurred during the hire period. Any such costs, along with cleaning fees, fuel shortfalls or damage, will be deducted from the security deposit after hire. By proceeding with the hire, the renter agrees to these terms and confirms they accept liability for any additional costs incurred, including where such costs exceed the deposit, and agrees to settle any outstanding balance promptly upon request.
