Campervan return rules

Please return the van in the same condition you collected it. The following apply to all hires and may be deducted from your security deposit if not met.
Fuel tank full: return with a full tank. If not full, we will refuel and charge the pump price plus a £25 admin fee.
Interior clean and tidy: sweep/brush floors, wipe surfaces, and remove all rubbish and food. If the interior is not reasonably clean, a cleaning fee of £50–£120 will apply (light to heavy).
Rubbish removal: if we have to clear rubbish or food waste, £20.
Smoking : strictly no smoking in the vehicle (vaping is allowed). Evidence of smoking incurs a £200 deep-clean fee.
Pets: only if agreed in advance. Extra pet cleaning, if required, £40.
Toilet cassette: please empty and rinse the cassette at an approved facility before return. If not emptied/left dirty, £40.
Grey water: must be emptied if not £15
Report any damage or issues at drop-off. Repair or replacement will be charged at cost plus a £25 admin fee.
Missing or damaged equipment (e.g., hose, electric hook-up cable, cookware, bedding): replacement at cost.
Soft furnishings and linen: stains or damage beyond normal laundering will be charged at cleaning or replacement cost.
Return on time as per your booking. Late returns may be charged at £25 per hour (or the next day’s hire rate if over 4 hours late).
We allow for fair wear and tear. Charges apply only for excessive cleaning, misuse, or damage beyond normal use.
Any applicable fees above will be deducted from your security deposit. Where “at cost” is stated, we’ll provide receipts and add a £25 admin fee to cover handling.
If you’re unsure about any of the above during your trip, contact us—most issues are easy to sort when caught early.

The deposit is fully refunded when the booking is cancelled.
