Please treat Thelma well as she is our own family motorhome.
All cleaning equipment is provided so please clean her to a presentable standard before returning.
The toilet cassette is to be returned emptied and washed out or a £50 charge will be applied.
All cables/chemicals should be in their containers as well as any other cleaning equipment.
A full tank of fuel is provided, please return full. If fuel top up is required this will be charged to the deposit.
Essentially please return in the same condition as when you picked it up.
In the unfortunate case of accidental damage do not try to hide or cover it up just let us know so we can sort it before the next customers - thank you

We had such a wonderful time in this motorhome and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we picked it up, we felt really comfortable and at home. It was clean, cosy, very well equipped and had everything we needed for a fantastic trip.
The owners were absolutely lovely and so helpful from beginning to end. They were friendly, welcoming and always happy to answer any questions, which made the whole experience really easy and enjoyable.
We made some lovely memories on our trip and were genuinely sad to hand the motorhome back! ❤️ We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great motorhome and a stress-free experience.

The van was immaculate and better than we had imagined. Especially in the heat as there was air con. All the amenities in the van worked perfectly and mark was an absolute gem throughout the whole process. I would 100% recommend booking we had a fantastic weekend :)
