Welcome to Sunset Bloom! 🌅🌺
Treat her like your own home, only better. These rules keep her safe, clean, and ready for every guest.

General: No smoking inside - £150 cleaning fee if broken. Shoes off inside. Pets: keep off beds/furniture, never leave alone. Max 6 people overnight. Be quiet arriving/departing, follow campsite rules/speed limits.

Beds & Living: 3 sleeping areas. Overcab bed: max 180kg, use ladder. Front/rear lounge beds: use supplied sheets/protectors. No shoes on beds/sofas. Don’t sit/stand on tables. Seatbelt cushions not for lounging while driving.

Kitchen & Fridge: Wipe worktops/hob after cooking. 3-way fridge: 12V driving, gas/electric parked. Don’t turn off if stocked. No heavy frying inside - use BBQ area. Leave fridge clean, empty, off at end of hire.

Bathroom & Toilet: Use only motorhome toilet fluid & paper - starters provided. Empty cassette only at designated points: slide out, pour, rinse, add fluid. Water: 100L fresh, 90L waste. Conserve off-grid. Shower = quick rinse. No wet towels on beds/seats - use rail/awning line.

Gas & Electrics: Turn gas off at cylinder when driving/leaving van. Use campsite electric hook-up when possible. Don’t overload sockets - max 2 high-power items at once.

Driving & Keys: 7m long, 3m high. Drive slow, watch height on bridges/car parks. No off-road, beaches, rough tracks. You’re liable for damage, fines, traffic offences during hire.

On Return: Leave as found: empty/rinse toilet cassette, empty grey waste tank, strip beds and put linen in bag, wipe kitchen/bathroom, check belongings, return keys/fobs. Damage/excess cleaning charged to deposit. If anything breaks/spills, tell us ASAP.
