Rental Conditions
House Rules
🚭 Strictly No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the motorhome.
Evidence of smoking or vaping will result in additional cleaning charges.
Pets
Pets are only permitted with prior agreement.
All pet waste must be cleaned up immediately.
Pets must not be left unattended in the motorhome.
Cleanliness
Please return the motorhome in the same condition as it was supplied.
Before returning:
Wash and put away dishes.
Remove all rubbish and recycling.
Empty the fridge and freezer.
Sweep floors if necessary.
Leave the interior reasonably clean and tidy.
Toilet & Waste Systems
🚽 Toilet Rules
Only the following may be placed in the toilet:
✅ Toilet paper provided or suitable motorhome toilet paper,
✅ Human waste
Do NOT put:
Wet wipes, Baby wipes, Sanitary products, Nappies, Cotton buds
Paper towels
Food waste
Any blockage or damage caused by misuse will be chargeable.
Water & Waste Tanks
Fresh water tank capacity is approximately 100 litres.
Monitor water usage, especially when camping off-grid.
Waste water must only be emptied at approved disposal points.
Chemical toilet cassettes must only be emptied at designated facilities.
Awning Use
Do not leave the awning extended during strong winds or when away from the motorhome.
Retract the awning overnight if severe weather is expected.
Any damage caused by incorrect use may be charged to the hirer.
Off-Grid Usage
Solar charging supports battery life but does not provide unlimited power.
Please use lighting, heating, TVs and charging points responsibly when not connected to mains electric.
Festivals & Events
Attendance at festivals, racing events or large public gatherings is not permitted without prior written approval.
Treat the motorhome as if it were your own. We want every guest to enjoy a fantastic holiday experience, and your care and consideration help us make that possible.
