Our Ventje has been put together with care. Everything inside has been chosen because it feels right: practical, beautiful, sustainable, and surprisingly comfortable. This is no average camper van. It is a thoughtfully designed space where you can simply enjoy living on the road, whether you are away for a few days or traveling for longer.

Pop-up roof with extra space and a good bed
Thanks to the luxurious pop-up roof with a raised rear section, you have comfortable headroom inside. This makes packing and unpacking, cooking, or getting dressed much easier. Upstairs is a full-size bed with a sturdy base, comfortable mattress, and gas springs. As a result, a good night's sleep is of truly high quality, and we notice that ourselves as well.

Smartly designed kitchen
The kitchen is located at the back of the van, under the open hatch. This way, you stay dry while still cooking outdoors. Everything is provided: gas stove, sink, crockery, pans, glasses, cutting board, and cutlery. The storage space is conveniently organized, so you can quickly find what you are looking for. Whether you are making a simple pasta dish or an elaborate breakfast, it simply works well.

Comfortable seating area
Inside, it is bright and spacious, with a cozy seating area where you can really sit comfortably. The seat cushions and backrests are made of a warm, sturdy fabric. The chosen color, 'Indian Curry', adds atmosphere without being garish. At the table, you can read, work, or simply have a cup of coffee while it rains outside.

Cassette awning for outdoor living
On the side of the bus is a sturdy black awning that you can easily roll out. It provides shade or shelter, depending on the weather. Ideal if you enjoy eating, reading, or working outside. Naturally, an outdoor set with a table and chairs is included.

Bike carrier on the tailgate
There is a carrier for two bikes on the back. This way, you can take your own bikes with you or rent some along the way. Handy for running errands in the village or taking a ride through nature. Thanks to the extra gas struts, the tailgate remains easy to open.

Solar panel and power supply
There is a solar panel on the roof that provides enough power for lighting, your fridge, and charging your phone or laptop. So you are not dependent on a campsite with a power supply. Wild camping is no problem.

Parking heater for cold days
Inside, you can easily warm up the space with the built-in parking heater. Ideal if you are traveling in the spring or autumn, or if you are taking part in a few chilly days. The van remains comfortable, even when it cools down outside.

Bamboo details & dark blue finish
The inside of the pop-top roof is finished with bamboo, giving it a warm, natural look. The underside of the van has been professionally painted in a deep, dark blue color. Together with the wooden details and upholstery, this creates a calm and stylish overall appearance.

Personally selected lighting
Inside, small colored lights (turquoise, white, and yellow) create atmosphere in the evening. Practical and cozy.

Ventje is only available for rent to adults.

Technical information

Model and version
This camper is built on the basis of a Volkswagen Transporter T6.1, the latest model in VW's T-series. The van was professionally converted by Ventje, a specialist in compact, sustainable camper solutions.

Engine and fuel
The bus is equipped with a powerful and reliable 2.0 TDI diesel engine with a manual transmission. It drives smoothly, even on longer journeys and in hilly terrain. Diesel is readily available and affordable throughout Europe, which is convenient when traveling abroad.

Number of seats with seatbelts
Inside, there are four approved seats with seatbelts: two in the front and two in the back. This allows you to travel comfortably with your family or friends.

Driving license
You need a standard B driving licence to drive Ventje. Therefore, you do not need an additional licence or special experience with campervans. The van drives like a slightly larger passenger car.

Parking

The bus is equipped with modern driver assistance systems and drives smoothly, both on highways and country roads. Fuel consumption is around 7 to 8 liters per 100 km, depending on load and driving style.
