This was our first camper adventure and we really enjoyed it. The contact with Pimpernel and her partner is very pleasant and relaxed. You get quick answers to all questions, and everything is explained very clearly and calmly. We were allowed to take the BFG to Denmark, and even though she is already an elderly lady, she is doing really fantastic. She drives wonderfully, and you have a clear view of the entire camper in the mirrors. Despite being called the BFG, you absolutely do not notice that she is big, for example when parking. She turns effortlessly into any parking space in the parking lot. Of course, there are a few minor things to keep in mind, but this is absolutely not disruptive to use. For example, operating the insect screens and roller blinds isn't as smooth, but it really works just fine.
