Onze trip begon heel dichtbij in de Vulkaan Eifel en vervolgens naar het mooie Saarland. Daarna twee plekken in de Elzas aangedaan en een doorsteek naar de champagnestreek in noord Frankrijk. Via Luxemburg de terugreis ingezet en als laatste overnachting weer dicht bij huis in het Limburgse heuvelland. Dit is wel zo gemakkelijk om op de volgende terug breng dag alle tijd te hebben om de camper weer spik en span te maken want hier gaat toch wel wat tijd in zitten als je dit goed wil doen. De camper deed alles op zijn gemak zonder te morren in de heuvels en haarspeldbochten en zelfs in de file was de stille motor en de automaat een genot om mee onderweg te zijn.
