# Camper Rental House Rules

## General

The renter must be at least 25 years old and be in possession of a valid B driving license.
The camper may only be driven by drivers specified in advance.
The camper is handed over clean, complete, and with a full fuel tank, and must be returned in the same condition.
Treat the camper as if it were your own property.

## Smoking & pets

Smoking is not allowed in the camper.
Pets are only allowed after prior consultation.
Additional cleaning costs may be charged for violation of smoking or pet rules.

## Cleaning

The camper must be returned broom clean.
Waste, the refrigerator, and the toilet cassette must be empty and clean upon return.
If the camper is not returned sufficiently clean, extra cleaning costs will be charged.

## Use of the camper

Use the camper exclusively for its intended purpose.
Festivals and events are not permitted with the camper.
Off-road driving and use on unpaved roads are not permitted.
Travel to winter sports areas is only permitted after prior consultation with and permission from the landlord.
It is not permitted to cook with strongly scented products such as deep-fried food, gourmet cooking, or fondue in the camper.
Be careful with inventory, upholstery, and equipment.

## Abroad

Travel is permitted only within Europe.
Travel outside Europe is not permitted without written permission from the landlord.
The renter is responsible for compliance with local traffic regulations, environmental zones, and toll obligations.

## Damage & Breakdown

Any damage, defects, or accidents must be reported immediately.
Minor repairs may not be carried out without permission, except in emergencies.
Traffic fines, tolls, and parking fees are entirely at the expense of the renter.

## Fuel & technology

Use only the correct fuel.
During longer journeys, regularly check the oil level, coolant, and tire pressure.
It is not permitted to make technical modifications to the camper.

## Deposit

The deposit amounts to €1,500 and must be paid via Goboony before departure.
Any damage, extra cleaning costs, missing inventory, traffic fines, or violations of the house rules will be offset against this.

## Hand in

The camper must be returned at the agreed time.
Additional charges may apply for late return.
Missing inventory or damage will be deducted from the deposit.
