Beautiful, spacious, and luxurious alcove camper with 4 sleeping berths. Equipped with every luxury and perfect for a wonderful family vacation. Air conditioning in the cabin and in the living area. Equipped with complete interior and exterior inventory.

The camper is from May 2015 with 80,000 km on the odometer. So it is very reliable and in very good technical condition.
The camper is equipped with engine air conditioning, which ensures a pleasant climate during the journey; it also has a 220-volt roof air conditioner.

The length is 7.00 meters, the width 2.30 meters, and the height 3.20 meters.

The alcove 1.60 x 2.00 and the bunk beds 0.90 x 2.10

Spacious wet room with swivel toilet and washbasin, and ample storage space here as well.

All windows are fitted with combination roller blinds, including the roof hatches. The exterior door features a screen door and convenient storage compartments.

There is a 100-liter fresh and waste water tank with a filling hose. An electrical cable with an adapter is also included.

The camper has a BeNegas bottle (supplied full) for cooking, hot water, and a fridge-freezer combination. For heating, the camper is equipped with a diesel parking heater.

The camper has a large refrigerator with a separate freezer that operates on 12V, 220V, or gas (the camper automatically selects 12V, 220V, or gas).

Garage accessible from both sides that can be enlarged by folding up the bed. Space for 4 bicycles at the rear of the camper. The camper also has a reversing camera and is equipped with a radio CD player with Apple CarPlay.

The camper also has a TV that can be connected to a mobile device (Apple).

A. The camper is handed over to the renter as follows:
- exterior clean
- inside clean
- full fuel tank
- empty wastewater tank
- empty fresh water tank
- empty toilet tank
- clean fridge
- clean toilet area

B. The camper must be returned by the renter in the same condition as it was received, with the exception of the exterior, which the lessor will handle. I will charge €50 for this. If the renter fails to meet the requirements set by the lessor, I will charge €150 in cleaning costs.
