4p Volkswagen campervan uit 1994

1994 Volkswagen Westfalia camper. An old van, but indestructible. The camper is great fun to travel in – it drives like a little truck ;). It can do 120 km/h on the highways, but don't expect it to accelerate quickly like a modern car. But that's exactly what makes it fun; it's part of the journey.

Once at your destination, the Westfalia camper interior is very comfortable; everything has been thought through. The driver's and passenger seats can be rotated so that you can sit snugly around the table with four people. The pop-up roof opens easily, making it feel just like you are half in the tent, half in the car. The table is neatly stowed away under the sofa bed. Inside the camper, there is a small two-burner gas stove for cooking. Additionally, there is a refrigerator that is charged by the leisure battery while you drive. You can then use the refrigerator and all other electrical appliances in the van for two days without mains power (no sockets). You can also plug the camper into the mains, in which case it is unlimited.

You can easily fold out the bench into a bed, but you can also sleep comfortably upstairs. I personally prefer sleeping downstairs because I am quite tall (1.83 m). Although I can lie down upstairs as well. Because the pop-up roof is open with openings fitted with mosquito nets on both sides, it feels just like sleeping nice and close to nature. In total, 4 people can sleep in it. It is a bit cramped both upstairs and downstairs if two people sleep next to each other.

For outside, I have 1 table and 2 camping chairs. You can also put out a small awning.
