Great rental from start to finish. Good communication and flexibility on pick up and drop off time. The van is lovely and in great condition. I am really pleased I tried the Merc (I had been considering a VW) - Marco Polo ride quality is very impressive over long distance. Very happy to recommend.

What-a-camper! Our first 'long' trip with a large camper and yes, it leaves us wanting more... Wonderfully large for 2, all comfort, wonderful bed & mattress (not French but Queen), nice shower, all household goods available. Wide door and spacious garage are certainly a plus. Only the weather wasn't that great anymore, but those few evenings inside were also very pleasant. Spend the night both off grid and at campsites and camper pitches. A wonderful experience. Clear communication & agreements with Lieven. All expectations were met :-)

The Motorhome was presented very clean and tidy and as explained. Fully kitted out and very comfortable. Struggled a bit with getting the fridge to run on gas but John was on hand to help with this. We spent a little over 2weeks travelling around France and absolutely loved it, very easy to set up and comfortable to drive the long distance. Would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a different experience.

Malcolm told me he was contactable anytime and I did phone him once on a small query and he was very happy to explain the controls to me again. I would have no hesitation to book this lovely motor home again. The NC500 is a must and in this motor home it was a dream
