Huize Hens Mobi – Huize Hens on the road

My name is Koen. I am a great advocate of a sharing economy.
I used to do home swapping in the past and still couchsurfing. I can also be found regularly at Blablacar. In the meantime I am the owner of AirBnB "Huize Hens" where you can stay for a cheap price. Now that I have a camper, I also want to share it with others.

My motivation: I realize that I have already had a lot of luck in my life and I am sorry to see that more and more people, despite their - at the same time - good commitment to our society, are having a harder time financially. When I put some wages next to the (rental) prices of apartments, houses or holiday accommodations, I realize that a decent roof, let alone a holiday, is reserved for fewer and fewer people. You have to make happiness yourself - they say ... It is true that you can control happiness to a large extent by making the right insights and good choices. However, I see that it doesn't work that way for everyone. That is why I have been trying for years to offer my house and now my mobi at a competitive price. May I already ask not to abuse my goodness, to take good care of Mobi during the trip and to bring it back home neatly polished.

Mobi info:
There is 1 fixed double bed (above the garage) + 1 double lift bed (above the living room - NOTE MAX 150kg - open on both sides - no fall protection !!!). Camper is ideal for 2 people, maximum for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
Garage is only 60 cm high, as I prefer to put the bed at the back on the lowest position (see photos). I therefore provided a pull-out system in the garage. Bicycles cannot be put in the garage, but on the bicycle rack (NOTE MAX 60kg - max 4 bicycles fit on the rack - I repeat emphatically ... pay attention to the weight, especially with electric bicycles you will quickly reach 60kg!)
The car has a relatively large loading capacity of ± 400 kg (note this includes passengers!)

Other info, hints & tips? I already saw a lot of info on the Goboony site, I have some experience myself so ... surf Goboony and / or shoot me!

An important note in this regard:
Make sure you do not go over the 'maximum permissible mass' (GVM) when using a mobile home and that you have the appropriate driver's license! A few extra pounds can cause you a lot of trouble and cost you a lot of money!
I already give it here as my experience shows that people are often ignorant about this and I do not see it directly on the Goboony site.
