We unfortunately had to rent this van last minute as ours got cancelled 48 hours before our rental date. It was the only one out of 2 available and only one that answered with such short notice. Despite what is written, yescapa took over 24 hours to answer our help request and didn't provide any discounts, despite this reservation being 500€ more expensive than the last. Note that we are currently discussing over our deposit as they are trying to charge us for damages not done by us (we scratched the rear of the car which apparently despite the minor scuff is 400€ and they are trying to charge us for additional damages after we returned and assessed the vehicle)
