Tudo perfeito! Rui help us with everything and the campervan was perfect!
l'esperienza è stato ottima, Rui è stato gentile e ci ha spiegato le funzionalità del van
Rui was great - extremely helpful pre trip and efficient and detailed for pick up. And friendly. Would note that you need to bring back the van as you got it ie totally clean, which isn’t straightforward toward without Hoover/jet wash etc. so leave time to do. The van is as described and everything worked well. Only criticism would be that the beds while spacious enough could have thicker padding which would make them more comfortable for an adult. Otherwise great though- very fuel efficient - we only filled up once in 10 days and drove nearly as far as sagres and back, and the size is great for some of smaller roads vs a bigger motorhome. I’d rent again
Repetimos a experiência pela 2a vez e não nos arrependemos. O Rui é super prestável e acessível, e a AC é incrível para uma família de 4, tem tudo o que precisamos! Recomendamos 100%. Para o ano há mais 😎
Picking up the van was good. It took longer than expected to do everything, but we also booked a little last minute. The van had a few small issues, but nothing major. The van can get hot if you do not use the fans, since by the beds you have very little circulation. Overall it was a good experience. Owner is pretty particular on a lot of things when returning the van, that also took a while. Make sure you take pictures before, we brought back the van cleaner than when we received it and found more scratches on the outside of the vehicle.
