We thoroughly enjoyed our first camper trip! Jari and Sofie's camper was brand new and in perfect condition. They took plenty of time to explain everything clearly, allowing us to leave worry-free. Great communication and a wonderful experience. Definitely worth repeating! 🚐☀️
We rented Jari and Sofie's camper for 5 weeks and received a lot of explanation beforehand. We left on May 24th, but unfortunately, on day 2, we caused minor damage twice and reported it immediately. They were very happy that we did so and took it in good spirits. It seemed as if we were bothered by it more than Jari and Sofie, which gave us a great sense of relief so we could continue enjoying our holiday. It is a spacious camper, and during our last week (starting June 20th), we were so glad to have air conditioning inside. Fortunately, we managed to get through the nights—with temperatures reaching 42 degrees during the day in France—sleeping soundly, so we could face the return journey fit. Upon arriving home, we cleaned the interior of the camper and returned it. After a thorough inspection, it turned out that a teaspoon and a bottle of washing-up liquid were missing, and we were charged 3 euros in costs. The damages were also assessed separately, with a 150 euro deductible per incident. Fortunately, we had taken out excess insurance. But still, it was all a bit sour. Jari and Sofie, we had a wonderful holiday and saw a lot of Portugal. Thank you.
We had a great experience with both the owners and the camper. Sophie and Jari are very friendly and approachable. We received a comprehensive and clear explanation beforehand. The camper was fully equipped and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the camper drives very nicely too. We really have nothing but praise!
