La location remise des clés et restitution s'est très bien passée. Adrien nous a communiqué les informations nécessaires avant et pendant notre voyage. C'était parfait.
⚠️ Van infesté de punaises de lit – Propriétaire non coopératif – Évitez ! J ai dû quitter le van infesté de punaises de lit en urgence sanitaire le 31/07. Mon certificat médical des urgences de la Timone du 01/08 atteste de « facilement plus d une centaine de piqûres en ligne de petite taille, allant par trois, alignées par trois, prurigineuse des membres inférieurs, bassin, fesses et bas du dos(…) Le patient présente un état anxieux réactionnel » . Réaction du propriétaire : - A nié l’infestation (WhatsApp du 29/07), puis reconnu (mail du 02/08). - Refuse toute indemnisation (remboursement des 16 jours non consommés, frais médicaux, préjudice moral). - Conciliation échouée (conciliateur de justice a pris acte hier). ⚠️ À éviter jusqu’à preuve de désinfection professionnelle (demandez un certificat). Preuves : Certificat médical, photos, échanges écrits. Mise à jour selon l’issue judiciaire."
