Saunas are renowned for their health benefits. They clean your pores, can reduce blood pressure and they are super relaxing. Whether you’re at the end of a strenuous day of hiking, cycling, kayaking or sightseeing or you simply love the feeling of being steamed into blissful calm, a sauna is a welcome addition to a motorhome campsite.

We’ve selected some great examples of UK motorhome campsites with saunas that also offer a number of other benefits for travellers. From family-friendly campsites to spa accommodations with mind-blowing views, we’ve got it covered. Here are some of the best camping sites with saunas across the UK.

  1. Trevornick Holiday Park

Ideally suited for families, Trevornick Holiday Park claims to have something for everyone and we are inclined to agree. Alongside the sauna, spa, heated pool and jacuzzi, there’s a golf course, three fishing lakes, a kids club, an outdoor skills club, four restaurants and a wide range of evening entertainments.

If all that doesn't pack out your holiday, check out the surf school at Holywell Bay, just a short walk down the road. There’s also the beautiful Fistral and Whipsiderry beaches a few miles away. Special mention to the fabulously-named Lusty Glaze beach, where you can try abseiling with Abseiling Newquay or simply relax at the beach bar and restaurant

Trevornick offers a variety of motorhome pitches, including grass lawns, semi-hard pitches and dog-friendly fields. Please note the sauna is only available for people 18 years and over. There is a small charge of £3 per person, per use.

Price: Check the Trevornick Holiday Park website for pricing. The hosts offer a range of deals throughout the year so it’s well worth checking their offers webpage or signing up for the newsletter.
