You’ll find plenty of wildlife for neighbours here, including rabbits, red kites and buzzards. You’ll also get to enjoy nature’s sweetest alarm: the sounds of magpies, bluetits, robins and finches in the morning. 

There’s an on-site pizzeria, which also serves award-winning ice cream. You can enjoy a dip in a hot tub here, or you can go to the ‘Wild Wellbeing Spa' to enjoy a cold plunge pool, sauna, and calming outdoor space.

This cosy campsite is tucked away in the small Carmarthenshire village of Cenarth. You’ll quickly see why it’s been so well-received, as it has impeccable sanitary facilities, an on-site bar and restaurant, and a games room. 

For a small additional fee, you can visit the adjacent spa, which features an indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym. Newcastle Emlyn, the nearest town, is a five-minute drive away and features pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, and takeaways. There’ll be no reason to ever go home!

These bijou units are stylishly designed to enforce a sense of peace and privacy, the perfect way to reconnect with your loved one.

Let’s start with the gorgeous location. Pods at Lisnabrague Lodge is situated on the estate of a listed period property dating back to the 1700s, on the shores of Lough Shark. It’s right beside the Newry Canal Way towpath for walking and cycling. You can head to nearby Poyntzpass for a pub dinner, or to embark on the unique history trail. 

Now let’s discuss the pods themselves. These cosy cabins are on the brow of a hill with lakeside views, and each sleeps up to four people. They come with a firepit, barbecue, and of course, the hot tub. You’ll notice that most of the reviews list the disadvantage of this glamping site having to leave at the end of their trip! If we had our way, we’d just live here too.
