The experience was great! William and his son answer all your questions really soon if you need anything. The caravan was very very clean inside and outside, the towels and the sheets were included under our petition because we were travelling by plain so we didn't have much space. The shower is so hot and works so well! It heats up to 60 degrees and if you are afraid to be cold during the night you will have a great static heating wich works by diesel. That was really reassuring because I was afraid not to have any more battery.
William took us even to the train station when we were coming back so the experience was great. They will tell you the name of an app that will help you to empty the black waters, sleep at night, take fresh water... I really recommend you to take this van!
