The autocamper was really nice and in good condition. We spend 8 nights and had a good time. Also we were given good instructions.
However, we made a minor scratch on the top plastic window, and the company claimed that they had to change the entire window billing us an additional 600EUR! I found that to be completely unbalanced and unfair.
