Steve was great with the handover, he explained everything for myself as a first timer, and was happy to spend time making sure I was comfortable with everything. We headed off to the Peak District and had an amazing few days. The handback was really smooth as well and Steve processed all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. A great trip, in a great vehicle, helped by Steve who also helped me when I was mid journey and not understanding something about the vehicle. I would highly recommend
