Hazel is such a lovely lady warm and friendly. She was very organised for the handover very informative as well as having simple step by step instructions for everything in case we forgot. The campervan is very well cared for and was spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed for our trip plus some lovely welcome gifts from Hazel. I cannot stress enough how enormous and comfortable the bed is I took king size fitted sheets and they were to small. Our trip took us to Northumberland for 3 nights to Druridge bay for a family festival and get together the drive was lovely and no problems at all. We were gutted coming home having to return Pippa to Hazel. Would 100% hire her again. Thanks Hazel for making everything so smooth your a star. August 2024
