The camper model, and lay-out was what we selected it for.
With a baby and a 2 year old we needed a moder. Camper with no issues.
Sadly upon arrival some things where broken and damaged,
It should be forbidden to rent out a camper on gooboony with issues that are not mentionef up front.
- one garage entrance was no usable ( because of that neede to upload half of it every time to get to all things. ) Kids bike, stroller etc.
- canopy by mis use, was out of allignment, and jamming, with second day of rolling it open, a metal piece broken of a flew on one of our Kids heads.
- heating system for water and heating the camper was not responding most of thebholiday, got it to work and jump out of its error code at the end of the holiday.
This all will be fixed, so others might not have issues like this in the future.
Besides a apology ( sorry) there was no financiële compensation, communication was short , direct or non existent.
This was our 4th camper rent through goboony, but in the future we will be more carefull, before spending 2k , and not getting what you pay for.
