Great communication from Chris from the outset and throughout. The van had an issue with the gas stove just before we left but Chris came with a solution, so can't be faulted. We're a family of 4, with a 6 and 13 year old - was nervous we'd be cramped in the van and it was surprisingly comfier than I thought. Would def recommend and use again for our next festival.
