Return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel.
The vehicle must be returned Fully Valeted inside and out. A professional valet is preferred to ensure showroom standards are maintained.
This vehicle is our family pride and joy and has cost us a significant amount of money; therefore, we expect all hires to treat the vehicle with the utmost respect in all aspects of driving and care.
The vehicle should be driven in a safe, courteous, and law-abiding manner at all times. Obey all traffic laws, speed limits, and local regulations.
Any damage, including cosmetic blemishes or mechanical concerns, must be reported immediately to the hire company. Do not attempt to repair faults yourself.
The vehicle must be returned with the same level of cleanliness as when collected. If the vehicle is dirty or stained on return, a cleaning fee may apply.
Full electrical and onboard systems usage should be within normal operating parameters; avoid any modifications or additions without prior approval.
Prohibited usage includes racing, stunts, off-road use where not permitted, or driving in restricted areas contrary to policy.
Fuel, oil, and water levels should be checked before return; any discrepancies may result in replenishment charges.
The hire must be operated by the licensed driver(s) named in the booking. Unauthorised drivers may void insurance and incur penalties.
Pets may be allowed only with prior approval and protective covers; ensure no damage or strong odours are left behind.
No smoking inside the vehicle. Evidence of smoking will incur cleaning and deodorising fees.
Secure all doors and windows when leaving the vehicle unattended; remove valuables from sight.
Park responsibly, ensuring the vehicle is not blocking access or causing hazards to others.
Return by the agreed date and time; late returns may incur daily penalties as per the terms.
Any additional extras or equipment should be returned in the same condition as when rented.
