Motorhome Return House Rules

To help us prepare the motorhome for the next guests and keep it in excellent condition, we kindly ask that the following is completed before return:

Before Returning
✔ Return the vehicle with the fuel level at the same level as collection
✔ Empty the toilet cassette and rinse thoroughly
✔ Empty all waste water tanks
✔ Remove all rubbish and personal belongings
✔ Wash dishes and kitchen equipment used during your hire
✔ Leave the interior in a clean and tidy condition
✔ Return all supplied items and accessories to their original locations

Cleaning
A standard clean is included; however, additional cleaning charges may apply if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty, including:
Toilet cassette not emptied
Strong odours/smoking
Excessive mud, sand or pet hair
Stains or spillages requiring deep cleaning

Damage & Issues
Please report any damage, faults or incidents honestly upon return, no matter how minor. We understand accidents can happen and appreciate transparency.

Late Returns
Please return the motorhome at the agreed time. Late returns may impact subsequent bookings and could incur additional charges unless agreed in advance.

Prohibited
❌ Smoking or vaping inside the motorhome
❌ Festivals/events without prior approval
❌ Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
❌ Allowing unauthorised drivers to operate the vehicle
