Please return with a full tank of Fuel. If we have to fill it then a £20 fee will be included in addition to the amount of fuel we are required to add.
Cleaning products are included in the van, so we ask that the van is cleaned to a reasonable standard and emptied of all rubbish etc before it’s returned. Please be advised that if we are required to clean the van then there will be a £45 cleaning fee applied.
If you are unsure of how anything works, please contact us at anytime and we’ll do our best to help, we’d hate for anything to get broken as any cost of repairs would be taken from the deposit.
When we use the van personally we leave shoes and boots outside, we provide a small tent to keep them dry, we’d be grateful if you would do the same.
We provide walk round and instruction videos for everything in the van and add you to a what’s app group so that you can call us at anytime. Please watch these as we have had damage to the roof top tent in the past from mis-operation. You will get a full demo before you leave though.
In all honesty all we ask is that you are respectful of our van and treat it as if it were yours. You are trusting us with your holiday accomodation and we will do our absolute best to ensure it is in the best condition for your trip, we hope we can trust in you to do the same so many more people can enjoy our van for years to come x

We rented Camella for four days to go on a little road trip around Scotland (during a storm) and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
The camper van was stunning, extremely comfortable and had everything we needed and more!
Stuart and Sarah were fantastic, so helpful, understanding and informative and they really made us feel at ease when taking their gorgeous camper!

Stuart and Sarah were fantastic; their comms leading up to the trip was great. Sarah provided a comprehensive handover when we arrived at the pick up location and Stuart was there to greet us when we arrived. Stuart even dropped us at the train station which was incredibly kind of him.
The campervan has great facilities and is easy to drive. I would highly recommend Stuart, Sarah and their campervan to anyone!

We have just returned from a 10 day road trip around western Scotland. The trip and hire of the camper van was very last minute and Stuart and Sarah were fantastic, they responded to our queries very quickly and helped us throughout the trip whenever we needed it. The camper van was spotless and top of the range. We would highly recommend hiring the camper van from Stuart and Sarah as nothing was any trouble and they made the whole process very easy! Amazing communication! It was our first time renting a van and Stuart and Sarah made us feel very comfortable!
The van is well-equipped (we didn't use the sink/water), very comfortable for two adults and two children and it drives very easily.

Stuart was fantastic with communication, patiently walking us through the entire process and clearly explaining how everything worked. As first-time campervan users, we had plenty of questions and he took the time to address them all. The van itself was in excellent condition, and the overall experience was smooth and hassle-free. We had a wonderful time and would definitely book again. I highly recommend trying this for an unforgettable adventure in Scotland

Really lovely van. Super comfy beds. Great to drive. Really well kitted out. Stuart was so helpful and flexible with our plans and made the pick up & drop off simple for us. Excellent videos and instructions on how to use the van. Would definitely rent again

We loved our 4 day trip to Dunbar in this well equipped van. The van had everything we needed for our first campervan outing, and has already got us planning our next trip. Communication with Stuart and Sarah was great, and they were flexible with pick up/drop off times. Highly recommend.
