Bert is our 2004 VW T5 SWB van which was converted to a campervan in 2014 by Caledonian Campers so he has all the mod cons to make your trip as comfortable as possible. As he is a Short Wheel Base van he is easy to drive around even the narrowest of country roads and ideal for those with little or no experience in driving a van.

We had a great time in Esther camper! It drove well on the NC500 and was easy to get used to.
Esther was great in showing us how everything worked. The van also came with many useful everyday item like washing up liquid, lifesaving midge spray and warm blankets. Also the guidebook in the glove compartment became our Bible for the week! So thank you!
Esther was super quick with comms too.

Esther and her partner were very helpful and flexible, and there were no problems at all.
They waived the cleaning fee because of a minor van issue, which was helpful in terms of our timing. Good location for exploring Scotland - on far west coast within 2-3 hours.
