The Van will be provided with a 1/4 tank of fuel on collection. We ask that it is returned with a 1/4 of fuel. You do not need to return it with a full water tank as we change this between every hire.
We ask that you monitor the power use of the van if using "off grid" (without electric hook up) if the solar panel does not get fully charged between uses or the battery does not get charged while driving features such as the heater will not work to their full potential. Please be mindful about how the electricity sources work in the van.
We are always on hand for emergencies however please be mindful of contacting outwith usual business hours for non emergencies. We will try and be on hand as much as we can for queries while the van is on hire.
We ask that you please limit communications to GoBoony or Whatsapp. We ask in the first instance unless it is an emergency situation (i.e an accident) you send us a message on Whatsapp and we will respond at our earliest opportunity. If we have a missed call without a message or voicemail we unfortunately do not know who has contacted us. We ask that you use Whatsapp as our mobile phone provider does charge us for international calls.
PICK UP & DROP OFF
Pick up is at 3pm, and drop off is 11am. We ask that you be prompt and respectful with these times. We understand things can go wrong however we do ask that you contact us if you are going to be late returning the van. Late drop off of more than 2 hours will incur a £50 fee.
Where we can will accommodate early pick ups and late drop offs however this will be confirmed closer to the time of departure. Please note as peak seasons this isn't always available.
