Drivers must be aged 25–79 and hold a full valid licence for at least 2 years. Only named and insured drivers may drive. Licence checks will be completed before hire. Unlimited mileage included.

The motorhome is for leisure use only. No commercial use or off-road driving. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. Do not exceed speed or weight limits.

Always lock doors and windows when unattended and never leave keys inside. Use security devices if provided. The hirer is responsible for theft resulting from negligence.

Return the motorhome clean and tidy. Toilet cassette and waste water tanks must be emptied and all rubbish removed. The awning must be retracted in bad weather. A cleaning fee may apply if returned excessively dirty.

No smoking or vaping inside the vehicle. Pets only if pre-approved.

Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as collected. If not, fuel costs plus an admin fee will apply. Misfuelling (anything other than diesel) will result in full repair costs.

Park only in authorised campsites or legal overnight areas. The hirer is responsible for parking fines and must observe height restrictions.

Fully comprehensive insurance is included. Excess: £1000 per claim (£500 for glass). The hirer is responsible for windscreen, tyres, roof, undercarriage, overhead impact and awning damage.

In a breakdown, contact the breakdown provider immediately. In an accident, obtain third-party details, take photos and inform the owner.

The hirer is responsible for all supplied equipment. Missing or damaged items will be charged at replacement cost.

The vehicle must not be used for racing, excessive towing, travel outside agreed countries, undeclared drivers, or carrying more passengers than seatbelts provided.

Return time is 3pm. Late returns are charged at £20 per hour. The deposit will be returned within 3 days, subject to inspection.
