Meet my 2016 Volkswagen Crafter – a self-built camper that’s been thoughtfully designed and recently upgraded with a full electrical rebuild, so everything runs smooth and reliable. It’s not factory-made, but it’s been crafted to suit real adventures perfectly.

Inside, you’ve got a comfortable small double bed, plus five belted seats, making it ideal for road trips with friends or family. There’s even the option to set up a cosy spot in the front cab for a small child if needed.

This van has already proven itself on some incredible journeys – from the south of France and the French Alps to Scotland, Cornwall, Devon, and all along the south coast. It’s built for exploring and ready for plenty more miles.

The setup is what really makes it special: four chairs, a table, fire pit and an awning create a brilliant outdoor living space wherever you pull up. Inside, you’ll find hot water shower, and a portable toilet, giving you proper off-grid comfort. There’s also a huge boot space, so you’ll never be short on room for gear.

Using the park for night apps you can stay off grid for days which means £0 camp site fees due to the amazing solar battery and electrics set up.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome too, so no one gets left behind on the adventure.
