House Rules – Foxy Phoenix

Foxy Phoenix has been created as a calm, comfortable space for meaningful travel. Please read the following house rules carefully before booking.

• Approved drivers only
Only drivers approved and insured through Goboony may drive the vehicle during the rental period.

• Respect for the van
Please treat Foxy Phoenix with care and consideration throughout your trip. We ask guests to return the van in the same condition it was received.

• Minimum age and licence requirements
Drivers must meet Goboony’s insurance and licence requirements before the booking can be confirmed.

• Pick-up and return times
Collection and return times must be agreed in advance. Please arrive on time to allow for a smooth handover and inspection.

• Mileage allowance
Your booking includes a daily mileage allowance as stated in the listing. Additional mileage will be charged at the agreed rate.

• Fuel policy
The van will be supplied with a full tank and should be returned full.

• Cleanliness
Please return the van clean and tidy, with rubbish removed, dishes washed, and belongings cleared out. Additional cleaning charges may apply if returned excessively dirty.

• Smoking and vaping
Smoking or vaping inside the van is strictly prohibited.

• Pets
Pets are welcome by prior agreement only.

• Festivals and events
Foxy Phoenix is not available for festivals, parties.

• Off-road driving
Off-road driving is not permitted. Please use suitable roads and approved campsites only.

• Overseas travel
Travel outside the UK is not permitted unless agreed in advance and approved through insurance.

• Breakdowns or damage
Any issues, damage, accidents, or warning lights must be reported immediately during the hire period.

• Charges and fines
Guests are responsible for any parking fines, speeding tickets, toll charges, or other penalties incurred during the booking.
