Vehicle Return Guidelines

To ensure everything runs smoothly for you and our future guests, we kindly ask that you follow the guidelines below when returning the vehicle.

Before Returning the Vehicle

* Please return the vehicle in the same condition as it was received. An inventory will be provided and checked at both collection and return.
* Ensure the toilet waste has been emptied.
* Remove all food from cupboards and the fridge.
* Please complete all washing up, clean the interior, and return items to their original places.
* The fuel tank should be returned at the same level as received. If not, the cost to top it up will be deducted from the deposit.

During Your Hire

* Please report any breakages, losses, faults, or muddy incidents as soon as possible.
* Any missing or damaged items may be chargeable.
*Traffic Offences: All fines incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter. This includes, but not limited to, speeding fines, parking fines and clean air zone fines.
Roadside assistance: Full assistance is provided

Safety Reminders

* Do not drive with accommodation windows or roof hatches open. Ensure all lever catches are securely closed before setting off.
* Please make sure the gas is turned off before driving.
* Secure and stow all loose items properly before travelling.

Deductible form deposit

* Toilet cassette not emptied £30
* Grey waste not emptied £30
* Fuel tank not returned full
* cleaning fine returned not reasonable £60

Before You Leave

* Kindly complete the logbook kept in the vehicle — we’re happy to send copies for you to keep as a memory of your trip.
