Security deposit.

The return or release of funds will be commenced after checks are completed of the vehicle(s) and it is determined that all terms of the agreement have been met. If it is found that any terms have been broken the relating costs will be taken from the security deposit.

Loss of security deposit

Below is a list of possible causes to lose some or all the security deposit (reason are not limited to this list and On the Road Rentals LTD retains the right to decide if other circumstances require a loss of some or all of your security deposit).

· Failure to empty wastewater and cassette toilet – 100% loss of security deposit.

· Failure to return vehicle(s) with a full tank of fuel – cost to refill + £20 loss of security deposit.

· Failure to ensure all cooking and eating utensils are properly washed up - £100 loss from security deposit.

· Excessive dirt or filth left any where throughout the vehicle(s) 50% - 100% loss of security deposit

· Damage to the vehicle of any kind inside or outside will result in either the cost to repair or the full £1000 security deposit, in the case that the vehicle needs to be repaired through its insurance, this will cover the excess.
