We love the adventure and thrill of the open road and it sparked the idea of sharing this experience with others. Hiring our camper allows you to create and enjoy your own memories without the expense of investing in your own vehicle.

This beautiful camper is your very own home away from home providing a unique sense of freedom while creating lifelong memories for the entire family.

This van has everything needed to give you an authentic camping experience while also maintaining a high sense of at home comforts.

From 2025 a complimentary welcome hamper for all our guests which includes essentials such as milk, tea, coffee, sugar and some special treats for your time away.

‘Orca’ is our silky white VW Ocean Camper van.

Orca is a VW factory built camper van with a built in fridge, sink with running cold water, 2 gas hobs, wardrobe and storage, internal fold away dinette to seat 4, cutlery & plates for four people, to include poly carbonate ’glasses’, melamine cups, plates & bowls, small frying pan, 3 x small saucepans, kitchen utensils, kitchen knife, bottle opener / cork screw, scissors, washing up liquid and sponge, cleaning spray/anti-bac wipes, tin opener, gas or electric kettle, chopping board, tea towel, dustpan & brush.

Inside there is air conditioning, night heater, full black out blinds, two double foam mattresses, 2 x swivel captains seats.

Outside there is a retractable awning, external foldaway camping table and two chairs.

A gas bottle, electrical hook up leads and leveling ramps are included.

Note: To use UK ‘3 pin’ plug-in devices in the camper van you must be hooked up to an external power source. The camper van does not have a mains power inverter connected to the leisure battery.

Phones and small battery operated devices can be recharged from the leisure battery using the 12v jacks, you will need to provide your own 12v Cigarette Lighter USB Charger.

Van collection is from 3pm on the first day of hire and the van should be returned by 11am on the last day of hire.

If you require an early start on your first day or a late return on your last day just let us know and we will do our very best to accommodate your needs - charges equal to 33% of the nightly rate will be incurred for each event.

We operate a strict no smoking and no vaping policy inside our vehicles.

There is a minimum three night hire during peak times.

Small lap sized dogs are permitted by prior agreement, ahead of your booking being accepted and may be liable to a £50 end of hire pet clean fee.

(A bag of charcoal can be provided, cost is dependent on your requirements).

Who wants the hassle of laundry as soon as you get home? Would you like to hire any of the following:

Bed Linen @ £5/hire.
(Double bed sheet and two pillow cases)
Towels @ £5/hire.
Sleeping bags @ £5each/hire.
(Mid season: 4°-15° comfort rating)

Insurance for ONE driver is included in the hire charge. Additional drivers can be added for an additional charge which is dependent on their driving history as determined by our insurers.

All drivers must be between 25 and 75 years of age and held a full UK licence for at least 2 years with a maximum of 6 points. If you are unsure about whether or not you will qualify for insurance please ask us before booking and we can make a specific enquiry with our insurers on your behalf.

Please note: The van must be parked in a registered campsite or private driveway over night. Wilderness camping or camping in lay-bys or such like is not permitted by our insurance.

On the final hire day please return the van cleaned inside and professionally washed on the outside - do not use an automated car wash as it can dislodge the awning on the side of the van (OR, we can do this for a cleaning fee of £45) and a full tank of diesel.

All cooking utensils and equipment should be cleaned after use and before return of the vehicle.
