Guests receive a complimentary Caravan and Motorhome Club membership when booking with us. Please ask us for more information.

Bedding & Towels
Leave the sleeping bag at home – soft bedding and towels are available for £25 per stay.

Return Conditions

The motorhome must be returned in the same clean and tidy condition as when collected. Before returning the vehicle please ensure:

Fresh and grey water tanks are emptied

Toilet cassette is emptied and cleaned (failure to do so will result in a £100 charge)

All rubbish and food items are removed (failure to do so will result in a £50 charge)

Additional cleaning or repair charges may apply if the motorhome is returned excessively dirty or damaged.

Smoking & Vaping

Smoking or vaping inside the motorhome is strictly prohibited. Evidence of this may result in a deep cleaning charge of up to £1,000.

Fuel & Vehicle Requirements

The motorhome is provided with a full tank of diesel and must be returned full. Refuelling and administrative charges may apply if not returned full.

The vehicle must also be returned with AdBlue topped up where required.

Gas is included in the hire price and consists of one full bottle and one part-used bottle. Any additional gas required must be purchased by the hirer.

Collection

The motorhome should be collected at the agreed time. If running late, please notify us. Arrivals over 30 minutes late without notice may incur a £25 per hour late collection fee.

Return

The motorhome must be returned at the agreed return time. Late returns may incur a £50 per hour charge, and returns over 3 hours late may incur an additional full day hire charge.
