It's your holiday and I want you to enjoy it. But it's my motorhome and therefore want you treat it with care and respect. You will be responsible for any damages or losses incurred. This will be paid for from your security deposit if necessary. You are also responsible for any fines, or other charges incurred during the hire period including parking, congestion, tolls, and speeding tickets etc

You must return Tilly in a clean presentable condition. With the Toilet Cassette emptied. Grey Waste emptied. And with a full tank of fuel.

Punctures / Tyre replacement are not covered on any insurance and any costs incurred from a related incident will be paid for at your expense.

Candles, incense / joss sticks and any naked flames are not permitted inside the camper.

You may leave your car at the collection address for the period of hire, but must leave a key with me. (In case of emergency access)

Please note: For insurance purposes, you must provide the Owner with a copy of your driver's license, 2 proofs of address, and for UK licenses, a DVLA check code. Please check with the Owner on specific requirements, especially if you don't hold a UK or EU driving license.
Proof of Address must be from the following - Electricity. Water. Gas. Broadband / Landline. Council Tax. TV Licence. Bank Statement. Credit Card Bill / Statement. Mortgage Statement. Polling Card. HMRC Self Assessment / Tax Credit. Student Loan. Shotgun Licence. Payslip. Mobile Phone Bill. Pension Letter / Statement. Car Finance Statement. Loan Statement. Property Deed.

In hiring this motorhome you declare that you have no more than one fault or outstanding incident/claim in the last 5 years and no pending endorsements.
