1. Cleaning and Return Condition
Return Clean: The van must be returned in the same clean condition it was received. This includes emptying the toilet cassette, emptying grey water tanks, and removing all rubbish.
Interior Cleanliness:
• Please clean the kitchen area; wiping surfaces, and ensuring the fridge is empty and clean.
• Please clean the toilet and toilet floor.

Excessive Cleaning Fees: If the van is returned with a dirty toilet, dirty dishes, or requires professional cleaning, you will likely be charged a heavy cleaning fee of £100.

2. Smoking and Pets
No Smoking: Smoking or vaping inside the campervan is strictly prohibited, resulting in a deep cleaning fee if violated.
Pet Policy: If we have agreed to allowing your pet to travel, there is an additional cleaning fee of £5 per day.

3. Usage and Operational Rules
No Off-Roading: Campervans are designed for paved roads and designated campgrounds. Driving on rough terrain, beaches, or unsealed roads is forbidden.

Festivals: If we agree to allow you to take the van to a festival there is an additional fee of £15 per trip.

Fuel Requirements: The van must be returned with a full tank of fuel or to the same level that it was issued to you on check in (if not full).

4. Safety and Driving
Height Awareness: You are fully responsible for damage caused by not checking the van’s height, such as hitting low-hanging branches or car park barriers. You can find the van height information in your welcome pack.

Securing the Van: All windows, cupboards, and personal items must be properly secured before driving to avoid damage. Please use the steering lock when leaving the van unattended.

Gas Safety: The gas bottle/supply must be turned off while driving. This is located in the black metal case in the cupboard under the hob.

Passenger Safety: Passengers must stay seated and wear seatbelts while the vehicle is in motion.
