Tribute – 4 berth Autotrail Tribute 669 from 2020

Vehicle will be provided with the following.

- Full tank of diesel fuel and full tank of Autogas
- Full tank of fresh water and empty grey water waste tank
- Empty toilet cassette with appropriate chemicals and replacement chemicals
- Vehicle cleaned inside and out
- CADAC gas BBQ to prevent cooking of fatty foods within the van. This is difficult to remove the smell and clean the cooking appliances.

Vehicle is expected to be returned in the following condition

- Full tank of diesel fuel
- Empty grey water waste tank
- Empty toilet cassette, We are on a septic tank so cannot flush toilet chemicals
- Vehicle cleaned internally with available cleaning equipment, clothes, cleaners and dustpan and brush
- Remove excessive fat from the BBQ. We are happy to run the CADAC parts through the dishwasher between rentals.

The following fees will apply if the following conditions are met
- Fuel to fill diesel tank charged on receipt from local garage and rounded up to the nearest ten pounds
- £10 fee to dispose of chemical toilet waste at local campsite
- £30 for cleaning of van where it is obvious no measures have been taken to clean after use to a reasonable standard. We don't expect you to hoover the van and clean it to showroom condition but we do expect dishes to be done, cooking appliances to be cleaned such as ovens, hobs and fridge etc. and fatty foods such as burger, sausages, bacon etc, to be cooked outside. We don't expect you to clean the exterior of the van as this is done between hires and to check there is no body work damage.
- Smoking in the vehicle will be charged with a £150 fee as it is rented on the basis of no smoking and this includes vaping. This is a family vehicle and removing these odours takes time and reduces our enjoyment of the vehicle for some time after rental.
