De Nugget – 4-person Ford campervan from 2000

This classic Ford Nugget main-roof camper is compact on the outside and surprisingly spacious on the inside. Thanks to the many built-in cupboards and practical layout, you truly have a small house on wheels.

With its retro look and high roof, this is a camper that stands out — and truly gives you complete freedom. Whether you are driving through the Ardennes for a long weekend or touring Scandinavia for three weeks, the Nugget is ready for it.

You sleep downstairs on a cozy double bed measuring 130 × 190 cm. Upstairs, under the high roof, there is a separate sleeping area for two children. No hassle with unfolding or sliding — just step in and sleep.

Thanks to the high roof, you can easily stand upright in the camper. The kitchenette with hob and fridge is also accessible when the camper is in sleeping mode — ideal for breakfast without having to fold everything down first. The awning offers extra outdoor space on nice days.

The camper is fully equipped: plates, cutlery, pans, bedding — you pack your suitcase and go. Technically, everything is in order: MOT approved, serviced annually, mileage between 100,000 and 200,000 km. Economical to use, reliable on the road.

The camper is especially suitable for couples who want to get away for a few days, and small families who want the freedom of camping without the hassle of a tent.

Are there no downsides to this camper, then? Oh yes, there are. It has no air conditioning and makes quite a bit of noise while driving. You won't easily drive more than 100 km per hour, but the powerful sound system makes up for it all.
