Aart
Vanaf het eerste moment een prettig contact met Lucas. Ophalen ging ook prima, maar wel pas vanaf het moment dat we overschakelden van de Goboony app naar het papieren formulier. Wat een drama die app 🥴
De camper is erg fijn en makkelijk om in te rijden en is voorzien van bijna alles wat je maar nodig zou hebben.
Wij zijn vanuit Limburg een stuk langs de Moezel gegaan, daarna een paar dagen in de Belgische Ardennen en tenslotte geëindigd aan de Belgische kust.
We hebben geen mankementen gehad en het inleveren verliep ook weer heel snel en soepel. Ik kan Lucas daarom van harte aanbevelen.

Wij hadden al langere tijd het idee om eens een camper te huren om te ervaren of het camperen ons aansprak. Zo zijn wij via goboony in contact gekomen met Lucas en Inge. Het onderling contact verliep heel leuk en gemakkelijk. Ze begrepen ons reisplan en hebben de tijd genomen voor uitleg van de camper en evt. dingen waar we mee te maken zouden kunnen krijgen. Hele fijne ervaring. Het hele huurproces werd door goboony goed begeleid en aangegeven en afgewerkt. Al bij al een super leuke week gehad, veel gezien in de Eifel (Duitsland) en camperen is voor ons NIET de eerste keer en nooit meer ervaring geworden.
