Kalle – VW T4 California Beach with pop-up roof

My beautiful T4 California Beach "Kalle" has everything you need for an exciting and/or relaxing road trip! It runs smoothly and like clockwork on the highway at speeds up to 150 km/h. Thanks to its compact design, you'll always find a parking space, and its low height means you can drive into (almost) any parking garage.

On average, the bus consumes about 8 liters per 100 km. If you drive at a relaxed pace on the highway (90-110 km/h), you can even manage 7 liters per 100 km or less on the highway! This makes it one of the most fuel-efficient engines of all VW buses and camper vans in general.

The solar panel makes you independent of an external power supply, so there is no risk of the refrigerator breaking down in the middle of nowhere.

You can fold down the roof and sleep there. The rear seat can also be folded down, so the van offers a total of four sleeping spaces. The upper mattress can be folded up, allowing you to stand up, for example, while cooking, or simply to create a more spacious feeling (see picture).

Everything you need for a successful road trip is there, including:
