In organising the rental, Silv was exceptionally prompt and clear with all communication which hugely assisted in simplifying the process. On collection of the vehicle, I was hugely impressed. Duggie is exceptionally well spec'd while Silv had obviously taken time to ensure Duggie was 100% clean. Before driving off, I was provided with very clear instructions on use of all capabilities of the van while Silv also ensured that there was secure parking for my car.
