Provided with Full tank of Diesel. Vehicle must be returned with a full tank. If not you will be subject to a £25 charge, in addition to the refuelling costs.
Only named drivers who have been through the vetting process can drive the Campervan.
All Insurance requirements must be fulfilled. You are liable for the first £750 of any eligible claim.
Insurance will not cover deliberate damage or damage caused by using inappropriate fuel. Claims where keys have been left in the ignition, or if the vehicle was not properly locked or secured will also not be covered.
All accidents and damage must be reported immediately. All important information pertaining to any accidents must be given including; names, addresses, insurance details and vehicle info for any third parties involved. Photos and videos should be provided where possible.
RAC Breakdown cover is provided. Cover includes: Roadside, Recovery, At Home and Onward Travel.
The Hirer shall be responsible for all costs of repair, and or replacement as necessary in relation to damage to windscreen, keys, tyres and punctures.
Review any emails and videos sent, to ensure the correct operation of all equipment.
Personal belongings are not insured.
We accept no liability for replacement vehicle costs, travel or any other consequential loss claims arising from the breakdown of the vehicle.
You will be liable for any speeding, parking, congestion charges and any other offences committed under the Road Traffic Act 1988 or traffic regulations.
We will use all reasonable means to ensure that the vehicle is available at the agreed date and time. If this is not possible we will offer a full refund. Our liability is limited to a full refund and the hirer will have no further claims against us.
If the vehicle is returned more than 1 hour after 11:00 on the due date a late fee of 1 days rental will apply.
The vehicle must not be taken out of UK.

Great experience!
Nicole is a great host. She explained us all the features of the campervan and suggested nice places to visit
the campervan looks like new. It has everything you need to have, it's of the right size for travelling around the Scottish roads and it provides many comforts when you are not travelling.
It's quite independent and you won't have any problems if you don't want to spend the night at a camping site
Had a brilliant trip with my son, the camper van was amazing! My first time going on a trip like this so I was a little unsure but Alex and Nicole were a great help. The van had everything we needed and got lots of attention from others while on a few campsites to say how good it was. Will definitely be booking again.

Great wee campervan, very well fitted out and loaded with dishes, cutlery etc. Nicole was very helpful and gave a good explanation of the features of the van, which was great for me as it was my first time in a campervan.

We had a superb time in the van for two weeks! It was the perfect size for us (three adult humans) - small enough to let us get to far out regions and drive around with ease, but big enough for the three of us to live/cook/sleep in, even when the weather turned. We had nights both with and without hookups, and both were great - it had everything we needed. 10/10, would recommend!!

From first contact, to final farewell, the service provided by Nicole and Alex was outstanding. They catered for our needs wherever they could, to help make our trip as smooth as possible. To top it off Iona (the rental) was well kitted out, super clean and comfortable. She looks great from headlight to towbar, and turned plenty of heads when we were on the road.

Nicole and Alex did a great job explaining the van and all its features. In addition, they were super helpful if any questions came up during the trip and made the handover of the van very easy and accommodating.
Iona is very well equipped and met all our needs. We were three adults and found enough space in the van for 3-4 days. A few days more is also not a problem.
Absolutely recommendable.
