The fuel policy is full to full, so when you collect it the tank is full and you should fill it before returning it at the end of the hire.
The toilet and water tanks are all set up and filled upon collection, you are required to empty the toilet cassette before returning the van. We'd also ask that you take any rubbish off at the end of the hire as otherwise additional cleaning fees may be incurred.
Charge of £30 per hire when travelling with pets.
