You must provide 3 forms of ID on arrival which can include:

Photo ID (Passport)
Copy of Drivers Licence
Utility Bill or Bank Statement (Current Fixed Address)

Toilet cassette not empty and clean £50
Shower/Toilet compartment not clean £100
Fridge/Freezer not empty and clean £30
Cooker Hob, Oven Grill not clean £50
Mattress Stains £100

Any Damages to Doors/Windows/Beds/Chairs/Tables/Window Blinds/Roof Blinds will be charged accordingly once sourced from supplier

The motorhome must be returned on the correct date and before the time on your hire agreement. If for any reason you're going to be late then please let us know otherwise there is a risk of prosecution whilst driving uninsured. An additional charge of £100 per hour will be payable for all late returns.

Vehicles must be returned undamaged, with a full tank of diesel, empty waste water and toilet cassette and the interior clean and in the same condition as when it left the hire centre, otherwise a charge will be incurred.

If you return the motorhome without a full tank, the following refuelling charges will apply:

3/4 to full: £75
1/2 to 3/4 full: £90
1/4 to 1/2 full: £120
Empty to 1/4 full: £140

A standard UK issued driving licence fine. The hirer of the vehicle must have no more than 6 points on their current licence to hire our Motorhome.

A £1000 refundable security deposit is payable when you pick up the Motorhome at the start of your hire, if travelling in the UK.
A £1500 refundable security deposit is payable when you pick up the Motorhome at the start of your hire, if travelling to Europe

DOGS/ANIMALS are NOT permitted in our motorhome if ignored this will result in a Deep Clean £300 charge.

Smoking or vaping within the motorhome is strictly forbidden (even with the windows or door open)Failure to comply will result in a Deep Clean £300 charge.

A bicycle rack is available for a fee of £50.
