Minnie the Mazda Bongo – 2 berth Mazda campervan from 2001

Minnie is lovely to drive. She is similar in size to a family estate car which makes it easy to park and the high seating position allows for great visibility.

Once you have stopped, you can raise the roof to give a good amount of headspace inside allowing you to move around with ease.

There are blinds on the side windows and the windows are "blackout" to allow for further privacy. There are curtains at the back and between the drivers cab and living area. A shield is provided for the windscreen.

Minnie comes with an electric hook up, Internal lights, twin gas hob, sink (with a water drum which when attached to the tap gives you running water), fridge, and storage space.
5 people can travel in Minnie and 2 can sleep (one double rock & roll bed). We have a awning that you can attach to the side of the bongo which gives you some extra space and can accommodate an inflatable bed if required to allow for 2 more to join your trip. (we can arrange this for an an extra small charge if required)
We provide 2 camping chairs so that you can enjoy sitting outside (when the weather permits it!) & there is a table to use in the bongo with the back seated area. Plates, bowls,cutlery,cups,wine glasses, 2 saucepans, frying pan, kettle are provided;
Bedding & towels can be provided at an additional cost or you can bring your own. Sleeping bags are a good option too.

A portable toilet and tent can be provided.

A small welcome box with tea and coffee is provided to help you on your journey!

To drive the van you will need insurance and unfortunately, due to its age, you will not be able to use GoBoony insurance. However, you can arrange your own insurance and breakdown cover through their recommended broker - Just Kampers. Please get in touch for further details and instructions

We are based on the Somerset/Dorset/Devon border and there some amazing places on our door step (if you don't wish to travel too far) to visit and stay

When you collect Minnie there will be free off-road parking for your car in the space where she lives on our drive.

We are 15 minutes away from Crewkerne & Axminister train Station and can arrange a pick up if required.

We are 30 minutes away from the M5 & 15 minutes from the A303, A30 & A35 so very well located.
