We love our Crafter Campervan and we hope you do too.
Strictly no smoking. Ensure returned clean, with a full tank of fuel , to help we provide all essential cleaning equipment FREE of CHARGE.
Fuel cost if not completely full (£50) plus cost of fuel.
Cleaning of van interior, if not returned clean (£100)
Damage to interior fittings & furniture (£ full cost of replacement, priced if required)
Damaged or missing items from itinerary (£ full cost of replacement, see list)
It's extremely important you clean out the toilet, we do not want to have to empty-out your pee! As its a camping toilet it's meant for peeing only. If the toilet is returned unemptied or soiled, you can expect an additional fee of £100.
We do not encourage pets. We may accept a booking if you have a small dog. You must ask in advance at time of your booking request, and include details of type and breed. If we accept your dog, there will be an additional cleaning fee (£40) to be be paid in advance, before you collect the van. This fee will be used for a thorough clean to remove potential for allergies of our future clients.

TERMS OF INSURANCE:
Aged 25-70 years. Held full UK driving licence for at least 2 yrs, produced licence for inspection
Is not engaged in professional gambling, sport or entertainment, hawking or general dealing, street or market trading, or modelling
Has not been involved in more than one motoring accident or claim in the preceding 3 yrs.
Has not been convicted of any motoring offence or has a prosecution pending other than parking or one speeding offence
Has referred any medical condition requiring DVLA notification
Has not been refused motor insurance at normal rates and terms or has not been declined insurance or had any insurance policy cancelled by an Insurer
We cannot accept bookings if had a driving ban within last 5 years
